Es mucho más que un proyecto creativo; es un viaje artístico que captura la esencia única de los lugares que visito a través de ilustraciones.

Antes de llegar a cada destino, me sumerjo en una exhaustiva investigación, pero es en el terreno, después de haber explorado y compartido conversaciones con los habitantes locales, donde mi proceso creativo cobra vida. Cada ilustración es el resultado de haber hablado y escuchado las experiencias de las personas, un testimonio visual de la riqueza de los objetos, personas y tradiciones que conforman la identidad cultural de cada lugar.

La esencia de «JILGUERO» radica en el respeto profundo hacia la diversidad y el imaginario único de cada comunidad, creando así una narrativa visual que trasciende las meras representaciones para capturar la autenticidad y la riqueza de las experiencias humanas.

A diferencia de los proyectos anteriores, «ORGULLO» y «HUERTA», «JILGUERO» es un proyecto sin ánimo de lucro, ya que reconoce que las tradiciones y el patrimonio cultural e inmaterial pertenecen únicamente a las personas que habitan en esos lugares. Mi único cometido es crear mi propio cuaderno de bitácora ilustrado, celebrando y preservando la herencia cultural de cada comunidad.

The essence of «GOLDFINCH» lies in a profound respect for the diversity and unique imagination of each community, creating a visual narrative that transcends mere representations to capture the authenticity and richness of human experiences.

In contrast to previous projects like «PRIDE» and «HUERTA» , «GOLDFINCH» is a non-profit initiative, recognizing that traditions and cultural and intangible heritage belong solely to the people who inhabit those places. My sole purpose is to create my own illustrated logbook, celebrating and preserving the cultural heritage of each community.
